Hi All,

We have a HDX 8000 unit that has suddenly become unresponsive to the password we had set for it in order to get web console access to the device. I have tried the serial number too and that doesn't work either.

 

Is there any tried and tested way that anyone knows in order to access the machine with out performing a Hardware factory reset?

 

Any response would be appreciated

HP Recommended

Please see the HDX Admin Guide, Restoring Configuration, for a way to reset to Delete the system settings, which includes the password.  That is an easier way than factory restore.
