I Have a polycom HDX9000 codec that is showing the Power LED but there is no response and no sound from the unit.
I am also unable to get any image on screen.
This happened after a configuration change was done and the codec was power cycled upon request.
What could be the issue.
Please suggest the ways to troubleshoot.

Jun 23,2014 Question: How can I change the video output signal on a HDX system?
Answer: Pressing the display button on the remote for more than 2 seconds will provide an option to toggle between the relevant signals (VGA, Component etc.)
You may have simply changed the video output or somehow factory defaulted the unit.
