Hi, Dear, We have deployed Huawei IMS conference platform, when Polycom HDX 9006 joins the video conference, every 8 minutes the tereminal will be disconnected by the IMS platform because of the "session timer out", how we can change the session timer in the terminal or we can enable the session keep alive, could you help, thanks.

If this is SIP in the Admin Guide it mentions to disable SIP Keep-Alive messages for an Avaya SIP enviroment.  Might be something you can try.

 

The Huawei IMS is not listed in Polycom release notes so it is not a tested enviroment.
