Hi there!

We have ~ fifty Polycom RPG 300/310 endpoints in our network and we have some troubles with two of them. Both endpoints are RPG 300. They have: Software version Release - 4.3.0-230161. This soft was installed when we bought endpoints. After first installation was complete it was alright. But now we need to change some network options (i.e Preferred Speed for Placed Calls, Speed for Favourites, even create new favourite) and everything fine until reboot. After this all options that were changed are reset to their FIRST installation values. I was trying to reset endpoints but they just can't reset. I made everything step by step from admin guide, and these two endpoints just dont reset. Please help me to resolve this problem.

Welcome to the Poly Community. Can you tell us a little about the history of these? How old are they? Most likely you need to RMA these.

 

Posting a serial will enable us to look up the history of a device and point out potential partners who can help you RMA the unit.

They were buy probably 3 years ago. We don't have contract to RMA them. So i was thought that there is some other way to fix this problem.

Are you provisioning them or manually setting the values. I ask because a few versions ago, I had the same type of problem when I used Chrome to access the web ui and manually configure.
