I have been using RPD trial version (standalone) on my MacBook Pro for the past few weeks. I recently purchased the full version, but I cannot determine how to retrieve the activation code.

I have recevied the software license already, and the instructions for obtaining the keycode state that I need to get the 'serial number' of the product.

Where is this serial number for the Mac OSX version of RPD ?

Regards

Resolved by calling Polycom Customer support.

The 'serial number' for RDP is the 'license #' that is received with the license purchase. It is not anything more complex than that.
