We have a Polycom Real Presence Group 500, and a Polycom Eagle Eye III camera. The camera does not follow the person that is speaking. Is there additional hardware that needs to be purchaesd or should this work out of the box?

Re: Polycom Real Presence Group 500

Hello Leo,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Eagle Eye III camera is a MPTZ camera that can be manually controlled via the remote control.

If you are looking for automated solutions I suggest you speak to your Polycom reseller in regards of the EagleEye producer and/or EagleEye producer as explained => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
