Polycom RealPresence Desktop connection problem when using a web proxy
a partner of our organization uses Polycom RealPresence Desktop. When we want to connect / join to the session the app loads and quits after a few seconds. A message appears telling me that the relying party is not reachable. I assume that this is caused by our web proxy which we use to connect to the internet.
Is there any support / information available to find out what is needed to use the app with a web proxy? I couldn't find anything yet.
