Hi all,

 

We are currently running this software in 3 of our VC rooms.

The other 2 work fine, but one does not give us any audio when connecting to other rooms.

 

We have checked all hardware connections and settings on the PC and it appears to be the same as the others.

Can anyone help, we are stumped.

Hello Stephen,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This sounds like a classical Firewall issues.

 

Are the networks these PC's are connected to 100% the same ?

Have you tried swapping PC's and see if the issue moves with the PC or stays with the "room" ?
