HP Recommended

Hi there. We have a Group 500 that we are evaluating, along with a touch control. Both are updated to the current software rev (4.1.4x), but we cannot seem to get any kind of layout control when in a multi point call. There is some reference to a layout button on the home screen, but we don't see it. Multi point works as intended, but we need to see what kind of flexibility is there for layouts. Can't even find it in the web interface.
