Hi,
does anyone has a Polycom RealPresence Group Series 700 endpoint ? If so, do you have occasional reboots during calls ? Software version 5.0.0 has been installed. We have multipoint video conferencing and advanced video 1080p options.

Please open a service ticket with your service provider. Polycom service can look at the logs and probably pinpoint the issue for you.

welcome to the Polycom Community.
Unfortunately the original poster has most likely marked the last reply as Solution provided but failed as so many others either to follow this up as advised or has done so but not provided the relevant Polycom support ticket reference.
Without either following this up as advised or not providing the community with the relevant details we cannot link the case to this post and help others.
