Polycom Realpresence Group Series 500 multipoint set up issues

Hi,

 

I have activated the multipoint license. when i tried to test it i faced problems. I used mobile app to call the polycom site. all the participants can be seen at the polycom site, but at the remote site cannot see the video.

 

what is the problem?

Does it work point to point?  If so then I would guess that the firewall does not have enough ports open to support MP calls.

Thanks for the reply. I would like to know how Can i enable more ports at the firewall to support MP calls?
