I'm trying to update my Polycom Touch Control, because it is saying that cannot pair to the RP GRP 500 because the version is too old.

 

I've access to remote management and also the right version in the USB Stick (4.1.3).

My PTC version is 4.1.1.

 

In the interface, doesn't allow me to upload the file, just to set a web browser page to update the device.


What is this page or how do I update through the USB port?
