My colleague has shared >here< how the logic between serial numbers and MAC addresses works for Poly devices.
Example my own Touch Control has a serial of 8A161120ACA0DL and therefore a MAC of 00:e0:db:20:ac:a0
Alternatively download the Logs and open the env.txt file as this shows the ethaddr
