Hi,

Recently have installed multiple HDX7000 devices with a Polycom Touch control. In only one meeting room (All other meetings rooms are fine and are connected to the same network), the touch control will not allow me to call a number that has not already been added to the directory. It just comes up with an error that it couldn't connect because all the meeting sites are full. As soon as I go and add the number to the directory through the web interface, it then will connect successfully  

I have tried swapping Touch controls with no success, so I am assuming it is a setting on the HDX. Anyone with an idea on how to fix this?

     What firmware is running on both the PTC and HDX system?
