Hello! I can not connect  the PTC to the Group 500.  PTC and Group 500 connected to a single switch. Set static IP-address. Version GROUP 500 and PTC - 4.1.5. In the "IP Address or Host Name" write IP address. Click "Connect". Title issued a message "Unable to connect to the device."
Tell me what could be the problem?

I guess you use the unencrypted (Russian) version of RP Group. If so you need to upgrade your RPG as well as PTC to ver 4.2.

RPG Release Notes ver. 4.2 states:

...................

Polycom Touch Control with Unencrypted Media Streams
This software release allows Polycom Touch Control to pair with, and to control, any regional-specific
RealPresence Group system with unique encryption requirements. There is no change in behavior for
systems that already support the Polycom Touch Control.

I know that in version 4.2, this problem is solved. But I unfortunately ended service and I can not update to the correct version of the codec.
Can I connect to the codec using PTC what some version 4.0.0 to 4.1.5. Such as version 4.1.3.2?
And actually question if it can not, then why in the documentation about this is written.

No, you can't, the feature was introduced in v. 4.2.
