Polycom Trio Camera

is there a software update or is one planned, that would allow for a higher quality camera than the Logitech C930e?  it would be great to be able to use something like the Logitech PTZ Pro to enable  zoom and pan capabilities.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

At present the C930e is the only supported camera for the RealPresence Trio and due lack of NDA via the community I am unable to discuss any future plans.

thanks for the info.  i know for our organization, we would put the Trio in more boardrooms, if a better camera was compatible, so hopefully this will change in the (near) future.

The Trio 8800 now lists support for a 1080p30 12x zoom MPTZ camera starting Q4 2017. Will this be the Polycom EagleEye MSR Camera 12x Zoom? Or the Logitech PTZ Pro? (The Logitech PTZ Pro 2 only has 10x zoom so i guess it wont be that one)
