Can Anybody Help me?

You have the VSX7000s which is the 128k version. You can see which one you have by going to the System Information page from the SYSTEM button.

..but since the old VSX7000A declared itself as a VSX7000S in System Information I always found it more reliable to look for a VGA connector on the back, only a true VSX7000S has that.

You are correct.  The best way is to look for the VGA connector.  However to confuse the issue even more, the VSX7000A and the VSX7000S are the same model - the 128k version. 

The VSX7000 is the original 64k version.

Early on, the 128k version was called the 'A' internally but then released as the 'S'. So if you saw VSX7000A it was actually an 'S'.

With the newer software versions the System Information page spells out (64k) or (128k).  Sometimes you are not in the room and only have remote access.

So if it says 128K it must be a VSX7000S with VGA out.

Sometimes Mgmt are on your case to "fix" a VC room but keep booking it out for meetings! Pete
