Hi All,
From Australia trying to call a HK site.
I am trying to connect to a PCCW(HK) hosting site, and i am getting a "The network does not have enough resources to complete your call. Try calling at a lower rate, or try the call again later." I can call our HK head office fine at 384 quality, and other sites like malaysia at 384, i tried that specific one at quality ranges 384 and to the 5x zone but still no connection, it makes one single ringing noise then stops and shows me that message. I have also tried to enable basic mode but still with issues.
If someone is able to give me an idea on how to fix or expand a little more on this error to identify if the issue is onsite. That would be great thanks.
