I am a new user of PolycomVSX7000S, i am facing trouble in Piont to Multipoint conference.

Point to Point working fine but when we dail 3rd site its connect with Audio but no Video.

 

My management wants three sites same time on one display.

i am using Discussion mode and Multipoint trail Lisence. Please suggest solution.

HP Recommended

Connecting with Audio and no video generally points to a firewall issue.  Possibly not enough ports open on the firewall to support 2 simultaneous video calls.
