HP Recommended

Recently, our Polycom has begun giving us just static for an output. I've tried disconnecting all the audio equipment, cleaning and reconnecting. No luck. I do not have replacement parts or I would attempt swapping it out. Hoping somoeone else might have seen this issue and knows if there is a setting somewhere that can cause this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
