Polycom Viewstation going to sleep

@ 15:02 in most calls.  Can anyone help me with a setting to help change this?

In my experience this is more likely to be a port timeout in your router/firewall.

The only place a Polycom system will auto hang up is Max Time in Call & even then it will only do it if you fail to answer the onscreen question, Your call has lasted XX Mins, do you wish to hang up Yes/No.
