Hi all,

 

I'm new here and I have 2 small questions about our Polycom X30 with a Poly TC8.

I've setup a room mailbox in Office 365 and configured the Polycom X30 with that calendar. This is working properly when I schedule a Teams-meeting in Outlook with that mailbox.

 

It seems that the Poly TC8 is not displaying all my meetings. For example: I've created 2 Teams-meetings today which are displaying correctly and some other meetings the coming week. I also created a Teams meeting on January 13, 2022, but it is not displayed on the Poly TC8.

 

So my questions are:

 

1. How many meetings can be displayed on a Poly TC8?

2. Why are not all meetings displayed on the Poly TC8 display?

Polycom Studio X30 with software version 3.9.0-358026

Serial Number: 8L204558750DFC

MAC Address: 00:e0:db:58:75:0d

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Poly TC8 with software version 3.9.0-210608

Serial Number: 8L202554F680FD

MAC Address: 00:e0:db:54:f6:80


Provider: Poly

Platform: Microsoft Teams


The issue is since today, because I haven't seen it earlier. No software upgrade.

 

Hopefully this is enough information.

What do you mean by the issue is since today? Did you just install this unit? The software 3.9.0 was only released recently and I can see the unit was sold back in April.

 

I also assume this is using the Poly RealConnect service for Teams as you have not provided this information either so all us volunteers need to guess this.

 

I suggest you work with our support team in your region so they can collect all the required details from you and check this.

Yes, we are using the Poly RealConnect service for Teams.

 

I've been testing the Polycom X30 since last Thursday and I've noticed that some meetings don't show up on the Poly TC8.
