I have one group 700 , two hdx 700 and five group 300 endpoint. In group 700 have a multipoint license . During the call , when i disconnect the call , screen got black. All call connects on 512kbps but when I disconnect the call , screen got black.
When you look at the call statistics did it show a call still connected? It sounds as if there is still a call connected without a video source.
In call infomation , It shows everything ok.
Video receiving and transmitting data was okay during VC session.
