We have a Cisco phone system and connected the hdx vc unit as a sip device which works properly.  Hanging off the HDX we have a soundstation IP 7000.  When trying to place a call from the Soundstation over voice we keep getting message not configured.  Receiving calls work fine with no issues.  We use to have this set up with ISDN on the hdx and placing calls worker fine. 

I changes voice settings on ip 7000 to prefer the hdx for calls still I cannot place calls.  Any suggestions?

try to register the ip 7000 directly to your SIP Server.

Tried That,

The ip 7000 will not work at all that way inbound or outbount.  Device does not register to call manager.  We are running 9.1 cisco will not support ip 7000 directly
