Hi,

I have the exact same problem on a DELL Latitude ST (Tablet) on Windows 7 Enterprise x86.

I've installed the m100 on 2 PCs without configurating anything and it works fine with or without cameras.

Without cameras I have the logo "No camera", and with the cameras i can see fine, i even have access to the content of both sides.

But on the Tablet, I have this other logo with or whitout the cameras (see attachment) and I assume it means that it's an only audio call and i don't have access to the content of one or another far end.

The tablet and the PCs have the same anti-virus and the same rules regarding the firewall and the Group Policies existing in our domain.

I have all the pilots updated from DELL's website so apart from a component on the tablet that would block the video stream I run out of ideas.

Has anyone seen this logo before?

Thanks.

This just means you have an audio only call.  M100 only uses H.264 video. My guess is that the tablet will not support h.264.

The tablet may not have enough processing power to support this video.

Please see the m100 release notes Hardware and Software Requirements section

Hi,

I thought I saw Intel Atom CPU was OK but it was OK for audio calls only...

Thanks a lot.

Dear Ken,

I got the same problem, I read the release note and I can understand Atom can support Audio calls only but my hardware platform uses Atom+nVidia ION2 GPU whit H.264 hardware decoder, is there a way to support video and audio calls with Polycom Telepresence m100?

Thank you in advance for your kind support,

Best regards

Ken et al, I don't see a conclusion to this topic...?  I use windows 7 with a Intel ATOM N270 processor that's says it supports H.264 but I cannot get any video when I make calls using M100. I have tried Polycom tests sites as well as my company VMR's via our CUBE and neither works.

Ken,

can you advsie please as I want to have customers on the public internet be able to access our RMX via the CUBE and it seems so far we can only get Windows XP machines to work correclty. All mobile devices using Polycom Telepresence will not display Video.

thanks
