Hello Nono,
looks like a firewall or NAT issue.
1) share the currently used software versions and your VC network topology. Do you have only MCU? Is the MCU located in Internet or DMZ or LAN?
2) please check the list of used ports (for RP Desktop) >>>here<<< p.17
Regards

HI Bazzuck,
Thanks for you advices.
1. i attached my network topology. i don have MCU. i just used my laptop install the RDP-Release 3.2.1_48697_exe trail version for testing if work will purchase the license.
2. At first i tought is the firewall NAT or policy cause that after i did the test i found the problem is come from my load balancer.
i did some NAT test on my Loadbanlancer when i used 1 to 1 NAT it's works. Just i not sure is that 1 public ip only could NAT to 1 devices?
this is what i found:
i. if i do 1 to 1 NAT at my load balancer.....and the polycom app i send the network NAT with the nated IP It's works.
ii. if i use 1 to Many NAT at my load balancer it's not work.

hi
yes, in your case you should use 1 to 1 static NAT.
but if you'd like install several video devices you can use special SBC\ALG solutions like Polycom VBP or Polycom RPAD.
