Has anyone got Polycom real presence 500 working with MS Teams?

 

Would be good to know if the device is compatible.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The community search >here< has many similar posts about the same topic. The RealPresence GroupSeries does not run Teams natively and neither can it register directly to Teams.

 

We offer interoperability via our RealConnect for Teams service so I suggest you contact a Poly reseller.

as stated in the promotion it ended in July 2020. We have since then changed the price to a very competitive rate. I do not work in sales so please work with a Poly reseller on this

You did miss the free promo but as a Polycom reseller I can get you a free 60 day trial.
