i'm new with polycom product. i've some issue with my polycom realpresence debut far site can call me, see me & hear me and from my side i can't call , see or hear them ? can you please support me this ?
What software version? What infrastructure is involved, H.323 gatekeeper or SIP server? What type of call, H.323, SIP? Enterprise or Cloud mode? Can you download the logs for clues?
Probalby a firewall issue, engage your IT department to make sure your firewall supports videoconferencing.
