Hello Community.  We have Polycom VSX700a's registered to a Cisco VCS Control [h323 GK].  These Polycoms can successfully reach all Cisco Telepresence SX20's and SX80's but these Polycom's cannot successfully call each other.  Below is the error...tvcs:

Hello Tom,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A 487 is usually a response to a CANCEL message.

We would need a few more details like the Software Version of the VSX and if these are normal SIP or TLS SIP calls and how the VSX is setup.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Hello Steffan.  The software on both Polycom's is Release 9.0.6.2-103 and these Polycom to Polycom calls are H323 to H323.

Thanks,

Tom

Hello Tom,

your above log snippet shows SIP and TLS. This does not match with your description of making a H.323 call.
