We a facing problem in complete a video call from SX80 registered in an environment of Cisco Collaboration Edge to a Polycom devices. We receive from all devices polycom the following message:
After 2 x messages of H245 terminalCapabilitySet a H245 Q931 Rel Cause (16).
a normal call clear disconnection.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
Specifically the interoperability within the Release notes to double check we have tested this setup.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.

Thanks for information. I am taking into consideration the documentation I read about the polycom product. As we are working with integration of different solutions (Cisco and Polycom), I believe it will be useful for future integrations for new clients and partners.
