Good morning,
I have a doubt about multisite conferences conducted by my team Group 500.
I have multipoint license for 8 users, there is a tab called "Design" in which I can sort the users and how they are displayed on the screen. But when I have more than 4 users, ie four remote users and my own team, I can only see four boxes on the screen, although 5 user if active at the conference.
Is there any way to handle this so that I can see nothing but remote users and not my own camera?.

Best Regards

Hi there...

the GS Series can show up to 4 sites on the screen, regardless of how many people are connected.

You´ll see the last 4 speakers on your screen.

Check the FAQ here

Do disable your own picture during a call (PIP), go to "layout" and choose "self view" to enable or disable this option.

If you need more sites on your screen, consider a collaboration server (RMX). By using a MCU, you´ll have far more options of how the participants will be shown during the conference..

There any way to make this change from the web interface of the group 500?
