HP Recommended

I amhaving problems connecting with 2 sites that have just installed hd polycoms. I dial the symbol goes green and he othethen it disconects symbol goes grey. and other site says i have disconnected. This is only occuring on 2 sites that have new equipment all the others are ok as these were in the past...

The odd thing is that they can dial into me with no problems.

 

any help please
