Hi,

I have three QDX 6000 in different cities and when I make a multipoint call with the RMX 1500 in different call rates, I have problems with the frame rate. We check the network, Qos and traffic and that is OK and there isn't lost packet in the connection.

All the QDX 6000 are in release 4.0.1.1 and the RMX 1500 is in release 7.6

Can somebody tell me if the release of the QDX have any problem of interoperability with the RMX 1500 or any suggestion for this issue.

Thanks.

Hi Vero.

I can't get at a QDX right now but the HDX range gives you the option to prioritise Sharpness or Motion for your camera sources.

Check Admin>Cameras & verify your Camera is set to Motion.  That'll improve the frame rate but may compromise video resolution.

Hi Petet,

Thank you for your help :generic:

I will make the change and I test it and I will tell you.

You have also the same configuration options that petet mentioned if you check Conference Profiles >> Video Quality in the RMX. There you can also change from Sharpness into Motion.

Hope it helps!

Cheers!
