Can anyone verify that the correct format for whitelist entries (IP range) on the HDX series uses the backslash and asterisk characters as noted in the admin guide? When I attempt to enter an adress range in this format (i.e., 10\.11\.*\.*), the HDX web interface responds with a "please enter an address in the IPV4 or IPV6 format" message. Standard format entries with an asterisk wildcard (111.112.113.*) seem to work.

It is always recommended that you provide the software version you are using when asking for assistance.

With the latest software, 3.1.7, I did not see this error.  I entered a whitelist item of 10\.11\.*\.* and it accepted it.

Sorry... I should have specified that whitelist entries appear to work as described in the admin guide with 3.1.7 / 3.1.8 but do not appear to work with 3.0.6.
