Can QDX 6000 integrate with Skype for Business?

Hello ,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The QDX 6000 is a H.323 or SIP End Point and can connect to such devices.

 

Skype for Business uses a different protocol and unless you have any other Polycom equipment you cannot use this.

I have Lync 2013 and skype for Business Online and want to integrate QDX 6000 with them.

Hello Ahmed Sallam,

The QDX as a standalone endpoint is neither LYNC nor Skype for Business compatible.

 

You could use a RMX / RealPresence RealConnect to connect these devices into the LYNC / Skype for Business call.
