QDX 6000 doesn't respond to remote control

I'm trying to call using a QDX 6000 but the system doesn't seem to respond to the remote control. The main unit seems to register that the remote is being pressed because the light changes color when I press a button on the remote, but nothing changes on the screen.
Is there another way to change what is on screen(keyboards, mouses, etc.) or is there a way to make the system work correctly?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if is a new unit or a used unit and when this issue started.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .

In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.


In addition many of your old post's => here <= are still unanswered or received no update from yourself.
