Well, QDX is not showing far end video while, far end could watch and hear us correctly. Its frustrating now and we don't know what to do? We had tried everything and it's not working.

 

Self View is on and camera is working fine too but while QDX is connecting, we can not view far end video. Please help us.

Hi akchishti,

this sounds like a firewall / NAT Issue.

Enable fixed ports, set NAT to manually and enter your WAN IP address in the corresponding field.

Open the following ports on your firewall and forward them to the internal ip address of the qdx:
Port 1720 (TCP) H.323 Call setup (Must be bi-directional)
and the range that is shown when enabling fixes ports.

Try to call your far side video system again.

Also try to set up QoS Settings on a router to prioritize real time traffic.

On QDX configure DSCP value to 46 for video & audio.

Reboot QDX after adjusting QoS.
