Hi everyone. Attached is a screenshot of an issue my users were having on a call while trying to share content across offices.
Both users were dialed in from the desktop.
I don't see any errors when looking at the call log inside of the DMA.
That kind of distortion makes me think it is bandwidth related but how do I determine this?
In RM it is showing a bit rate of 384kbps but in the DMA call events the bandwitdh requested and approved is 1280 and 2060. Is this a leading factor, and what does it mean?
That is screaming packet loss to me. You need to bring this to your network admin. Additionally, you should look at enabling QoS for voice and video on your Network.
