RPD - Firewall's port number




I am using Real Presence Desktop and I have a problem.


I my company trys to call me using this product, I cannot receive the call(i.e. outbound call).

But when I try to call from my PC to my company, they can receive my call(i.e. inbound call).


I tried configuring Windows Firewall settings, but no luck.

Then my fellow told me that maybe I need to open up a port.


Could you please tell me what port number I have to open to allow RPD to receive the call.

The Polycom support Page for the Real Presence Desktop => here <= contains the release notes which show on page 14 all ports that are needed.
