Plantronics + Polycom.
Now together as
Recently we get a case where user complaint on the call randomly disconnected on Polycom Endpoint with Skype for Business on Perm setup.
The call was terminated only at Polycom endpont, during a mix endpoint & pc SfB client call.
There is an error code 202 we found on the RPG 310 CDR's for termination reason of Unknown.
Please refer to the screen capture for the error code.
As i serach around and couldn't find any explanation on the code meanings, can anyone give some more info on this case?
