Hello - does the RPG 500have the capability to display the far end name?  I know the HDX boxes can do it, but can't figure this out on the RPG 500.  I know the 500 sends the name because our HDX's pick it up, however none of our 500 receive the name.  Our 500's are at this software  Release - 4.1.3.2-200003.
