we have tested two codecs RPG700 (4.1.3  and 4.1.4 software versions

we send 1920x1200@60 content to  HDMI ports 1-3, set content/camera mode in settings - in all cases it does not work. it shows blue screen.

i have found  in admin guide and user guide that this resolution is supported (AG page 194-195, UG page 19).

but it is not.

why?

Hello

What do you use as a content source device?

Do you have any equipment between the content source and Group?

Have you  checked your HDMI cable?

Regards

source device is ordinary PC( nvidia graphics),

it sends video to HDMI matrix switcher (Kramer), then signal sends to the codec and some other devices.

other resolutoions mentioned in guides works well except this one - so the cables are good.

unfortunately some  devices (touch monitor and projector) need 16:10 aspect ratio  and 1920x1200 resolution, so we can not use 1920x1080.

then we connect PC to codec directly- it does not change anything.
