RPG700 Content Errors sending and receiving

I have an RPG 700 that is not receiving a content stream.  In addition, when sending content with a Pano, the stream is killed after a few seconds.  I am assuming firewall.  Any thoughts? Pexip bridge show floor requests being denied.  The endpoint is registered with the bridge [SIP] and h323 is not enabled.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

You are not giving us volunteers much to work with as you have not provided any details on the software version being used, if this ever worked or just stopped working, what kind of firewall being used or some sort of logs to look at.
