Hello Ed Murray,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

On the Polycom HDX system go to System > Admin Settings > General Settings > Options and enter the key code

Prior to doing the outlined entry on the system you need to convert the license into a key.  You do not by going  to the Polycom activation site.

 

The whole process is outlined in the document called "Installing Software and Options for Polycom HDX Systems".  It is in the setup and installation documents section of the downloads.  You can get to the downloads by clicking here.
