Hello,

I installed Real Presence Desktop release 3.4.1_55261 on Windows 7, with our Polycom enterprise environment (DMA, RPRM, RMX).

As I cannot create SRV entry "_cmaconfig" in our internal DNS for the entered email domain (it causes system architecture problems), I forced our RPRM as server. To do this, I used MSI config parameter

"ENTRANCE_MODE=1;ENABLE_CMA=true;CMA_SERVER_ADDRESS=gk.internal.lan".

The problem is at RP Desktop first boot, the software is very slow to go from one step to other (email screen to login screen, then to home screen). It take 1 min - 1min30 between each steps. Windows 7 says that it freezed and proposes to kill it.

Then, during next RP Desktop launch, the software is very slow (3 mins) to go to home screen.

Using Wireshark, it see that, even if the software have already a static server, it always try to get DNS SRV "_cmaconfig" record.

--> How can I do to speed up the RP Desktop first launch and next launches ?

(knowing that I cannot create SRV record, and server is static)

Thanks and regards,

- MaHu
