Real Presence Desktop and milti-IP configuration

Hello!

I just installed new Real Presence Desktop on a PC with two IP-adresses assigned to one network card.

I'm able to logon to CMA server, but the RPD software coudn't choose and assign an IP-address! So it doesn't work!

Please help me to solve this issue... thank you, Eugene.

Re: Real Presence Desktop and milti-IP configuration

Hi here,

RPD always use the last assigned IP address. If you want to change the used address to may delete the needed address and then add it again - this will move it at the last place. Also there is a way to edit the PC register if you are familiar with this.

WBR,
Mike
