Real Presence Desktop software always hangs up.

We are having issues with RPD at our meeting room.  When calls are placed from there to any other end point, the call disconnects at almost 2 min with LAN cable connection. But we try to use connected with WiFi. The connection didn't discconect over 10mins.

Have your network systems people identify the issue.  This generally points to a time out set in the network.
