We migrated a test account to skype online to test the latest firmware update Release - 6.1.1-370109. Once we did that Skype Mode was enabled by default with know way to disable it. Is this the way the feature is supposed to work? We don't want it enabled and need a way to disabled it before we can proceed with testing. Thanks
You can only use Skype for Business Online aka Office365 using the Skype mode utilizing the Polycom RealPresence Touch.
