Hi all

        We are having camera issues with a Group 700 system. After the group 700 is rebooted, one or both cameras will intermittently not be detected. Recycling power to each camera will allow them to be detected and everything runs fine from this point on. The group 700 is running Software Release 4.1.1.1-120023. The cameras are both Eagle eye IIIs. The cameras are connected with HDCI to BNC breakout cables (part# 2457-23521-001) due to their distance from the Group 700.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RealPResence Group 4.1.3 should be posted on the Polycom support web site today or tomorrow.  Please upgrade and retest.
