Real Presence group 500 series unable to register O365 calendar service

HI Support,

 

We are facing the issue to register the calendar service using O365 credentials.

Error:  London 2012

  • Invalid domain, user name, or password. Please check your credentials and try again.

MS exchange server: outlook.office365.com

 

From past few months there was no issue.

 

The Sip is enabled and registered correctly.

 

System Software:
Release - 6.1.7-450056

 

Please advise.

is a Autodiscovery.

Hello @Sham,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.


The next step would be to raise a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
